The Pavilion itself is a modern five-bed property with individual rooms, four of which are en-suite. The shared kitchen/living space is sleek, with large work stops and plenty of cupboard space. There is also a dining table and chairs and a wall-mounted TV making it a great place to socialise. Doors from the kitchen lead out onto the balcony, which comes with outdoor furniture and a covering, so it is a great outdoor space even in the rain. The property has a secure side entrance, and bike storage is available in the rear.

The Pavilion is fully inclusive with one simple rent amount, everything you need is taken care of. Internet, heating and lighting are all included in the rent, making it easy for residents to manage their budgets.
