We simplify the process of managing your damage deposits. We’ll collect a deposit from your tenant, capped at five weeks’ rent, and keep it secure in a government-approved scheme. At the end of the lease, we’ll verify that bills are paid, and the property is in good condition. If all’s well, we’ll return the deposit to the tenant. Easy and straightforward.
Transparency and communication are at the core of our service. So, we send you detailed monthly statements that cover your rental income and any expenditure on your property. But that’s not all— we also keep you updated on tenancy changeovers, outcomes of property inspections, and ongoing maintenance tasks.
Our management fee is 12%* of monthly rent.
Our charges are £480* to set up a tenancy, £120* for the check-out report and £60* for a tenancy extension agreement.
